On behalf of our client, McKinsey & Company, we are looking for a professional and service-oriented individual to join their team in the following position: Receptionist (Maternity Leave Cover)

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the reception desk.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use.

  • Coordinate restaurant and taxi bookings for guests and internal staff.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, including in-person deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.

Requirements
  • Experience in service-oriented roles is considered an advantage (e.g. hospitality, customer service, front desk).

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is considered an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using digital communication and collaboration tools
